The Commercial Center

It will be an integrated commercial center which will complement the surrounding commercial complex. It will have two (2) levels of commercial retail area with a tenant mix catering to the middle market. It will have impressive main entrances from both major street frontages (Spectrum Midway and Civic Drive) as well as strategically located entry and exit points.

There will be a promenade and pathways elegantly designed for pedestrians to enjoy easy access to different destinations within the district. Of particular significance is the existing waterway on the southeast end of the property, which is part of the greenbelt running through the entire Filinvest Corporate City. This portion of the property will be designed complementing the tree-lined main roads and landscaped areas and is reserved both for commercial or recreational activities.

The Entrata Towers

Above the podium, there will be four (4) towers independent from one another, yet linked by a common lobby located at the highest podium level.

Hotel

A Businessman's Hotel with an elegant lobby will be located at the corner of Spectrum Midway and Corporate Avenue. There will be amenities like function rooms, health club facilities, swimming pool, gym and business center. An allocated open area will showcase a grand ballroom, beautiful and landscaped terrace to provide a pleasant environment.

Tower 1

Tower 1 is a Small Office Home Office (SOHO) tower. This tower will offer units with an average size of 32-35 sq.m. All units will have toilet and bath and provision for a kitchenette. Designed to maximize the project's location, all units will have windows overlooking the Festival Supermall, South Station Market and the Filinvest Corporale City.

There will be a separate main lobby with a reception area, high speed passenger and service lifts. Extensive podium levels of parking shall be provided.

Tower 1 will offer a 24-hour security station, building management system, an automatic fire alarm and sprinkler system, generator set for power backup and a centralized garbage disposal system.


Entrata Site

The Design

The project's inherent dynamism can easily be discerned. The notion of a protective veil is unifying the disparate elements of podium and tower masses into a flowing architectural gesture. Contrasting scales and proportions are expressed in the three (3) main surfaces of the complex, the exterior of the development facing the neighborhood, the facade recesses of the courtyard spaces, and the associated facade of the podium links.

The building forms are simple and elegant; the materials used are rich, diverse and aimed at enhancing their individual character.

The lower eight (8) floors are given over to commercial, retail and service/utility functions including the parking structure. Above them is a transitional floor accommodating the transfer to the four (4) towers with the associated lobbies, hotel conference facilities and access to the podium hotel amenities and gardens.

A mix of SOHO units and hotel rooms make up the rest of the development and are housed in double loaded corridor configurations throughout the building meander.

On grade drop-off access and vehicular ingress/egress to the parking floors is provided from Civic Drive on the west side of the development. Central high speed elevators provide a convenient transition up to the podium where individual distribution to the different towers is facilitated.

Retail arcades along the northern and eastern periphery ensure a protected street side shopping environment. Further to engage the ground floor outdoor space, a 15-meter strip along the proposed greenbelt on the south side is reserved for al fresco setting.
